The County organization is experiencing changes that create transitions and have the potential of impacting most employees at all levels. "County Transitions" offers assistance for employees at all levels of the organization by providing information and services related to coping skills, layoff policies and procedures, stress management, health, emotional well-being, and individual and group support.
"County Transitions" is organized and provided through a collaborative effort of Employee Development, Employee Wellness, Human Resources, Benefits, and Labor Relations of the Employee Services Agency, and the Employee Assistance Program, Health and Hospital System.
